A leading integrated creative studio is seeking a talented Mid-Weight Motion Designer to join its growing team. You’ll work across a mix of B2C projects and social-first content — creating motion work that’s creatively ambitious, culturally aware and built to make an impact.
About the role
They’re searching for someone who can confidently take ideas from concept through to polished delivery. You’ll collaborate with Creative Directors and the Design team to develop motion concepts and bring existing designs to life across a range of digital and social platforms. You’ll be hands-on throughout: storyboarding, designing, animating and refining final outputs, ensuring every frame carries craft, clarity and purpose.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years’ experience in an agency or creative studio, specialising in motion graphics or animation
- Strong grounding in graphic design with a sharp eye for colour, typography and layout
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
- Ability to translate briefs and copy into flawless animated executions
- A drive to push creative boundaries and elevate every project
- Experience working at pace while maintaining quality
- Ownership of final delivery and a commitment to high standards
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams
