Your Day-to-Day:
- Deliver personalized nursing care with heart and skill.
- Accurately administer medications and treatments per care plans.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and care teams to ensure the best outcomes.
- Document care updates thoroughly and efficiently.
- Offer leadership and mentorship to CNAs on your unit.
What You Bring:
- Valid LPN license.
