An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Digital & IT PMO team supporting a complex portfolio of transformation and technology change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate and maintain portfolio performance data across Digital & IT programmes
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and management information using Power BI, Excel and similar tools
- Produce standard and ad-hoc reporting packs for PMO leadership and stakeholder groups
- Analyse project and portfolio performance trends, providing meaningful insights and recommendations
- Support governance forums, assurance reviews, lifecycle gates and PMO reporting activities
- Drive reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data sets
- Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar visualisation tools
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, formulas and data manipulation
- Good understanding of project lifecycles, governance frameworks and PMO processes
Desirable Experience
- Experience with SAP, Jira or similar enterprise systems
- Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of Power Automate, SQL or Python
