We’ve partnered with a genuinely disruptive life science tools company, helping researchers better understand complex biomolecular interactions through insights that accelerate drug discovery, development and manufacturing. Following strong global growth, they’ve created this brand new role to help drive their presence across Western and Northern Europe and are looking for a proven sales leader to help drive that next stage of development.
The Role:
- You’ll take ownership of their key region, combining hands-on selling with leadership and strategy.
- It’s a genuinely broad role where you’ll be developing business directly while supporting and guiding a small but growing regional team.
- You’ll define the go-to-market plan for the region, build relationships with leading research groups and biopharma customers, and work closely with colleagues in marketing, product management and applications to make sure customers get the best possible experience.
Your Profile:
- Successful track record selling life science instruments or technologies into research or biopharma, ideally within Biophysical/Analytical Instrumentation.
- You enjoy mentoring others and helping them succeed.
- You’re comfortable balancing direct customer engagement with broader commercial planning.
- Strong communicator, bringing a confident, credible style to your interactions.
- You’re happy to travel up to 50%.
