Are you an experienced QA professional looking to step into a highly visible leadership role within a growing aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturer?
We're partnering with an innovative pharmaceutical business that plays a critical role in delivering high-quality sterile products to patients. As the company continues to invest in its operations and quality function, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance team and help shape the future of the site's quality culture.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on GMP environment, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to influence quality strategy while remaining close to manufacturing operations.
The Opportunity
As QA Manager, you'll take ownership of the site's Quality Assurance activities, ensuring compliance with GMP, MHRA, and internal quality standards while leading a small but highly capable QA team.
Working closely with Production, QC, Validation and senior leadership, you'll play a key role in maintaining inspection readiness, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring quality remains at the centre of everything the business does.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of QA professionals.
- Maintain and improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure ongoing compliance with GMP, MHRA, FDA and other regulatory requirements.
- Support aseptic manufacturing operations through effective quality oversight.
- Review and approve quality documentation, investigations, CAPAs, deviations and change controls.
- Manage and host customer, internal and regulatory audits and inspections.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality systems and manufacturing processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality and compliance risks.
- Monitor quality metrics and implement strategies to improve operational performance.
- Promote a proactive quality culture across the site.

- Significant Quality Assurance experience within a sterile or aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience with a proven ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality systems.
