A growing medical education organisation is looking for a Programme Executive to join its programme delivery team. This is an opportunity for someone who combines exceptional organisation and attention to detail with curiosity, initiative and independent thinking.

You will join an ambitious and growing team where you will be trusted to take ownership of your work, encouraged to share ideas and given the opportunity to make a genuine contribution as the organisation develops.

The role involves working alongside an experienced team delivering high-quality medical education programmes for pharmaceutical clients, across both live and on-demand formats. You will help coordinate multiple programmes and their moving parts, including timelines, faculty communications, materials, documentation, virtual meetings and stakeholder requirements. You will play an important role in keeping programmes organised, maintaining high standards and ensuring the detail is right throughout delivery.

Alongside delivering your programmes, you will be encouraged to look at the bigger picture, ask questions, solve problems and identify opportunities to improve how things are done.

Who will do well here? You will likely be someone who:

  • Has excellent attention to detail and takes real pride in getting things right.
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Enjoys thinking critically and solving problems.
  • Takes ownership and is proactive about moving things forward.
  • Uses initiative and is confident making considered decisions.
  • Adapts well as priorities evolve.
  • Is naturally curious and interested in understanding the bigger picture.
  • Has an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys contributing ideas and finding better ways of doing things.
  • Communicates confidently and enjoys building strong relationships with different people.
  • Is self-aware, motivated and genuinely interested in developing yourself and your career.

A degree in a life science or related scientific discipline would be advantageous, although candidates who can demonstrate a genuine passion for healthcare and medical education are also welcome.

Why join? You will be joining an experienced and supportive team, gaining exposure to a variety of medical education programmes while developing your skills and increasing your level of responsibility over time. It's an environment where people are valued for what they bring to the team, with the opportunity to have a voice and make an impact as the organisation continues to grow.

Previous experience within medical education or healthcare communications is required. Applicants must already have the full right to live and work in the UK. Unfortunately, sponsorship cannot be provided for this role, either now or in the future.
