QC Manager I am partnered exclusively with an international advanced pharmaceutical company that are continuing to expand operations both in terms of product delivery and site presence across the UK. This specific hire will take management and scheduling responsibilities for all site Quality Control (QC) activities, with a strong focus on method development oversight and team leadership. A solid understanding of the full validation lifecycle is essential, alongside strong regulatory knowledge and an analytical chemistry background. Whilst this will not be a hands-on role day to day, given the size of the unit, you will need to be comfortable spending time in the laboratory and supporting the team, particularly with out-of-specification investigations, method development, and validation activities. A strong laboratory background is essential, with experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and validation highly desirable.
