With a number of exciting business-wide initiatives from new product introductions and operational increases, through to expansions and new site launches, this leading pharmaceutical business is in a very exciting period of growth and transition.
The very reason for this hire is a backfill due to a promotion. This specific hire is for their site in South London / North Surrey and will take full accountability for a small team and be responsible for maintenance, servicing and take a strong involvement in engineering projects.
The standard hours are 7am to 3pm Mon-Fri - but you need to be flexible as there will be call outs (including nights and weekends). Overtime/TOIL is available.
- Hands-on experience in a hands-on engineering/maintenance setting - must be within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Pharmaceutical and/or GMP experience would be a nice to have but is not essential.
- Must live (or be willing to live) within one hour of the facility due to call out requirements.
- Mechanical and electrical engineering capability would be beneficial.
