A pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Surrey is undertaking a major facility expansion and is seeking an experienced Consultant Utilities Commissioning Engineer to own and deliver utilities commissioning across a regulated GMP environment. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you will take full ownership of assigned workstreams. From late stage installation through commissioning, handover and readiness for qualification, you will work closely with project engineering, validation, quality and external contractors. You will play a key role in ensuring utilities are delivered right first time, aligned to GMP expectations and programme timelines, supporting an expanding production footprint.
