We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Analyst to join a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality through laboratory testing and compliance with GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging, and finished products
- Conduct environmental monitoring and lab-based analysis (HPLC, GC)
- Ensure compliance with GMP and data integrity requirements
- Support investigations (OOS, deviations, complaints)
- Maintain accurate documentation within the QMS
- Assist with equipment calibration, validation, and lab upkeep
Requirements:
- Degree in a scientific discipline
- Experience in an analytical laboratory
- Knowledge of GMP and quality systems
- Hands-on experience with HPLC/GC (troubleshooting advantageous)
Desirable:
- Microbiology or TLC experience
- Exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
