We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Analyst to join a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality through laboratory testing and compliance with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging, and finished products
  • Conduct environmental monitoring and lab-based analysis (HPLC, GC)
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and data integrity requirements
  • Support investigations (OOS, deviations, complaints)
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the QMS
  • Assist with equipment calibration, validation, and lab upkeep

Requirements:

  • Degree in a scientific discipline
  • Experience in an analytical laboratory
  • Knowledge of GMP and quality systems
  • Hands-on experience with HPLC/GC (troubleshooting advantageous)

Desirable:

  • Microbiology or TLC experience
  • Exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
