Senior PK/PD Modelling and Simulation Scientist

We\’re currently working in close partnership with a growing consultancy that are searching for a skilled PK/PD modeller. This will require extensive use of mechanistic PK/PD modelling and Population PK/PD to drive drug development into first in human trials and across clinical development.

Responsibilities:

• Implement model based drug development strategies to support nonclinical development
• Provide hands on modelling and simulation expertise for PK/PD and PBPK projects
• Key member of discovery project teams as PK expert
• Contribute to the regulatory summaries of PK documents
• Mentor junior modellers in the team

Requirements:

• Educated to PhD in scientific related discipline
• Proven industry experience contributing to drug development from PK/PD perspective
• Hands on modelling expertise involving PK/PD modelling and simulation
• Proficient user of software including Phoenix WinNonlin, NONMEM, R etc
• Strong communication skills
