Are you a seasoned commercial leader with a passion for strategic partnerships and oncology innovation? We are looking for a Director or Senior Director of Commercial Development to drive commercialization and alliance strategies for biosimilars and innovative medicines across the U.S. market. You will require a strong market access background in the US, ideally within oncology biosimilars. This is a remote, full-time role reporting to a Global Chief Commercial Development Officer, offering the opportunity to work independently while collaborating globally.
What You’ll Do
- Lead strategic alliances with pharma, biotech, and research partners in the U.S.
- Drive commercialization of solid tumor products in collaboration with sales, marketing, and medical teams.
- Manage licensing, co-development, and co-promotion agreements.
- Set up and lead governance structures (JSCs, project teams) to ensure alignment and execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and support negotiations to maximize partnership value.
- Work cross-functionally across R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Finance.
- Develop and execute alliance strategies aligned with U.S. growth objectives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, with 5+ years in alliance management, business development, or commercial leadership.
- Proven experience in solid tumor commercialization in the U.S/ Europe.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver measurable results.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Understanding of US/European regulatory and market access landscapes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Experience in multinational pharma or biotech environments.
- Established U.S. partner network and industry relationships.
- Track record of successful licensing or co-development deals.
