A growing group in the healthcare and life sciences space is hiring a Sales Operations Executive to support sales and marketing teams across two specialist businesses. This is a newly created role offering real ownership of CRM systems, data quality, and reporting that supports commercial decision-making. It’s suited to someone with 1–2 years’ experience in a B2B environment, with hands-on CRM experience, who is ready to step into a more visible, accountable role.
The opportunity
You’ll work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure the systems, data and reporting behind them are accurate, structured and genuinely useful. This isn’t just about maintaining a CRM. You’ll be expected to understand how data supports commercial performance and help teams use it more effectively.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and improving CRM systems (Salesforce experience a bonus)
- Owning data quality and ensuring consistency across systems
- Producing reporting and insights to support sales performance
- Working directly with stakeholders to improve processes and ways of working
- Identifying opportunities to streamline systems and introduce efficiencies
