We are seeking an experienced Responsible Person (RP) to join a busy team and oversee Good Distribution Practice (GDP) compliance across three nearby pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in Cheshire. This is a critical leadership role ensuring the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance within our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Responsible Person for GDP across all three sites, ensuring full compliance with MHRA guidelines.
- Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for distribution activities.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely resolution of any compliance issues.
- Provide leadership and line management for one direct report, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure robust processes for storage, handling, and transportation of medicinal products.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain GDP standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Responsible Person within the pharmaceutical industry.
