We\’re currently collaborating with a consultancy that are searching for a PK/PD modeller that is able to implement modelling and simulation techniques alongside quantitative methodologies to enhance ongoing innovative drug development programs.
The role:
- Prepare model based drug development strategies to support nonclinical and clinical development programs
- Design, conduct, interpret and prepare appropriate study and regulatory summaries of PKPD activities
- Directly communicate scientific data directly with clients and partners
- Perform hands on Pop PK/PD, PBPK and QSP modelling, including exposure response and first in human dosing
Requirements:
- Educated to PhD in scientific related discipline
- Minimum 3 years industry experience performing hands on PK/PD modelling
- Excellent understanding of the integration of PKPD into nonclinical and clinical drug development
- Demonstrated expertise in hands-on pharmacometrics modelling and simulation software; R, NONMEM, Monolix etc
- Excellent communication skills
