QA Officer

I’m delighted to be partnered with one of my longest standing clients and working exclusively to help secure an experienced QA Officer to support their operational activities.

As one of the world’s leading brands in their product area for over a century, they are a global business that offers a truly family feel to the working environment.

As a QA Officer in a small set up, you will play a key role in a dynamic team with a focus on operational activities in the manufacturing area. Key duties will include taking on batch review and supporting continuous improvement in the manufacturing and warehouse environments. As well as writing/modifying SOPs, you will be involved in deviation and CAPA process oversight and will also review site training requirements. This is a highly varied position and needs someone that can be versatile and manage competing workloads.

Being experienced in conducting investigations and conducting root cause analyses will be key.

The business has a track record of developing individuals and there are always opportunities to learn and gain exposure.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a QA position within a pharmaceutical, healthcare or food setting
  • Working experience of GMP
  • Operational Quality Assurance experience including batch review/release
  • Experience in Root Cause Analysis and conducting investiagtions
  • Exposure to handling complaints processes
  • Lifecycle experience of deviations, CAPAs and change controls
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
