Qualified Person (QP) Following a successful partnership supporting key hires during a period of expansion and rising product demand, this next phase marks continued growth within the Quality function. The organisation specialises in advanced sterile manufacturing and is seeking QPs who are comfortable being site-based for release activities and can offer flexibility around start times. Due to the complexity of the products, comprehensive training will be provided, offering a valuable opportunity to deepen expertise in sterile manufacturing. These positions are focused on product release and do not carry line management responsibilities. However, once onboarding and training are complete, QPs will have the chance to contribute to strategic projects across the business. Having successfully supported this business with multiple QP hires from experienced and senior level, through to first releasing QPs, we will be in a position to provide referrals regarding the working environment, training and employer culture. Candidate Profile: * UK-eligible Qualified Person status * Experience in sterile or aseptic manufacturing is advantageous but not essential * RP eligibility is a bonus, not a requirement * Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills * Willingness to be site-based and adaptable to operational needs If you\’d like to explore this opportunity further, please reach out to Mark Bux-Ryan for a confidential discussion
