Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Junior Project Support professional to join their team for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployment project. This junior role is ideal for candidates looking to build on their career in project management and business technology, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the project manager and wider team in coordinating day-to-day activities for the Dynamics 365 deployment in the US.
- Support project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, project plans, and status reports.
- Support the project teams when resources are stretched across Process, OCM and PMO.
- Coordinate schedules and organise meetings, workshops, and training sessions for stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for project queries, ensuring timely responses and escalation of issues where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with project governance requirements.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), gathering feedback and reporting issues to the technical team.
- Support the onboarding of end users, distributing communications and training materials as required.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Some experience or understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is desirable but not essential.
