Base pay range PMO support FTC 12 Months – D365 Deployment Supporting the Successful Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Role Overview
The PMO support for a D365 deployment will play a pivotal role in supporting the end‑to‑end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the deployment to our clients new operations in the US. Working closely with the Project manager, business stakeholders, and technical teams, this role will ensure project objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. The PMO support will gain hands‑on experience in project delivery, issue resolution, and stakeholder management in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of D365 deployment activities.
- Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
- Track project progress, monitor timelines, and highlight risks or issues to the project manager.
- Facilitate communication between business users, technical teams, and third‑party vendors.
- Organise and attend project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in managing project budgets and resource allocation under guidance from the Project Manager.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and change management activities.
- Help ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and quality assurance processes.
- Contribute to post‑implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Person Specification
- Education: Degree or equivalent qualification in business, IT, or related field (desirable).
- Experience: Previous exposure to project management or involvement in IT/business change projects (placement or internship experience welcome).
- Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills; excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail; ability to prioritise tasks.
- Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of enterprise systems; interest in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP’s and digital transformation projects.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, collaborative, willing to learn, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
The PMO Support will report directly to the Project Manager responsible for the D365 deployment. They will work closely with project team members across IT, business units, and external partners.
