Operations Manager If you are looking to take operational oversight of a successful, established and expanding, niche manufacturing site, this could be the perfect opportunity. Working exclusively with the Managing Director, we are seeking a brand new hire as part of a succession planning strategy. This position will have operational responsibility across the site and include both business development oversight and financial/budgetary responsibilities. Given that the site is circa 100 people and has tripled in size over recent years, a continuous growth and continuous improvement mindset is critical. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director, who is currently operationally responsible for the site. This will provide an outstanding chance to get up to speed quickly in the company and build experience in the wider aspects of the role, as required. This is a perfect opportunity for someone to develop into an official operational management position, who has had a number of the responsibilities, perhaps in a smaller business.
