RBW are collaborating with a rapidly growing biotech that are seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology to support its expanding CNS pipeline. This is an exceptional opportunity to influence clinical strategy, drive critical PK/PD decision‑making, and contribute to ground-breaking therapies that address unmet neurological needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary clinical pharmacology representative for clinical‑stage programs
- Conduct PK and PK/PD analyses to guide clinical strategy and decision-making
- Provide input into regulatory submissions, including IND, CTA, NDA, and briefing packages
- Independently prepare Clinical Pharmacology sections of protocols, IBs, CSRs, and related documents
- Contribute to scientific communications, including abstracts and peer-reviewed manuscripts
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacometrics, Clinical Pharmacology, or related field
- Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Deep expertise in clinical pharmacology, PK/PD, M&S, ADME, and data interpretation
- Strong knowledge of international regulatory guidelines in Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics
- Proficiency with PK/M&S tools (e.g., Phoenix WinNonlin, NONMEM, R, or similar software)
- Strong independent working skills and scientific judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
