Our client, a reputable organisation in the manufacturing sector, is searching for a talented and proactive Shift Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team based in West Cheshire. Working hours:
- Saturday and Sunday: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Monday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (weekday could be another day if preferred)
Our client’s engineering team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of production, packing, and site facilities. As a Shift Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be tasked with maintaining high standards of efficiency and reliability by performing a variety of duties, including:
- Conducting both preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Diagnosing and repairing production and packaging equipment, including:
- Electrical systems
- Mechanical components
- PLCs and inverter-driven equipment
Qualifications required:
- Advanced apprenticeship in Mechatronics, Maintenance Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Level 3 Multi-skilled qualifications in industrial electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Previous experience maintaining and repairing high-speed food or pharmaceutical process and packaging machinery. Other FMCG experience would be considered.
