About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Manager - Supply Chain to lead the ongoing development and continuous improvement of the Supplier Relationship Management programme. In this key role, you will design and implement supplier documentation systems with a strong emphasis on Food Safety & Quality. Working at the heart of the Head Office Quality team, you'll play an essential part in establishing frameworks, conducting audits, elevating supplier standards, and supporting cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with best practice and business goals. This is an excellent opportunity to influence quality performance across a global supply chain, partner with senior stakeholders, and contribute to long‑term sustainability and compliance objectives.

What We're Looking For
- 5 years+ experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
- Strong Quality Assurance experience within sourcing and supply chains.
- Solid knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and related standards.
- Proven experience delivering cross‑functional programmes or projects.
- Strong supplier assessment, compliance, and risk‑management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience developing, implementing, and embedding policies and processes.
- Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Other Beneficial/ Non-essential Qualities You Could Bring
- Knowledge of sustainable business practices.
- Experience using measurement and monitoring frameworks.
