Job Description

Lead QP

Due to a recent expansion in manufacturing operations, this rapidly evolving advanced pharmaceutical manufacturer is now seeking a brand new QP Manager.

Having increased headcount over the past two years, especially within the Quality Assurance team, there is a need to provide additional support to the Head of Quality as the company plans for the next phase of growth.

This Lead QP will split duties between active releasing and line management of the existing team of both permanent and contract QPs. With a team of QPs based across various locations, the ability to manage and lead a team both in person and virtually, will be critical.

Experience required:

  • Eligible QP status in the UK
  • Strong experience of sterile manufacturing
  • People leadership / management experience
  • A track record of coaching and developing others is beneficial
  • A flexible approach – willingness to travel at times and be present across different sites
