Are you an experienced insights professional looking to shape the future of healthcare research? This growing agency is searching for an Insights Manager to lead patient-focused research projects, delivering valuable insights that shape strategy and communications for pharmaceutical clients.

As an Insights Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of both qualitative and quantitative research projects. You’ll be responsible for gathering real-world insights, conducting patient and caregiver interviews, analysing data and presenting findings that inform pharma strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full lifecycle of insights projects – from research design to final analysis
  • Conduct qualitative interview with patient and caregivers to uncover key insights
  • Analyse quantitative data, generate reports, and create visual presentations
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Identify opportunities of organic growth within existing clients
  • Support business development through proposal writing
  • Ensure all research is compliant with BHBIA and EphMRA standards

What you’ll bring

  • Health agency experience – either in a medcomms insights/research division or market research agency
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills with hands-on experience in interviews, data analysis and reporting
  • A natural ability to engage with patients and caregivers, gathering meaningful insights
  • Strong project management skills – organised, detail-focused and solutions driven
  • A proactive mindset – able to work independently and thrive in a close-knit team
  • Ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations for pharmaceutical clients
