Head of Quality Compliance
Partnering exclusively with a long-standing, global manufacturing business, we are now supporting a critical hire for a Head of Quality Compliance.
This senior leadership position will take on a pivotal role in governance and compliance across all business units, both manufacturing and commercial. Given the evolving nature of the structure in the business, this position will take on responsibility for overseeing this transition from a quality and compliance perspective.
One of the most crucial aspects of this position will be the ability to build exceptionally strong stakeholder relationships, therefore communication and influencing skills will be strengths of the successful individual.
Having supported this business over a number of years, they continuously demonstrate the desire to develop their employees. Despite their size, they still operate in a more “flat structured” and hands on culture, meaning that there are always opportunities to make an impact.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a Quality / Compliance function
- Experienced within food and/or beverage manufacturing
- Experienced in working across multi-site units (manufacturing and/or commercial)
- Track record with evidence of developing strong stakeholder relationships
- Lead auditor for HACCP, with exposure to TACCP and VACCP
- Six Sigma (or related) qualification would be advantageous
