We are currently seeking an Experienced Production Operative to join a growing manufacturing team based in Wimbledon. This is a hands-on role within a regulated production environment, ideal for someone with previous GMP manufacturing experience from any industry. Applicants must have strong experience in processes such as dispensing raw materials, mixing and bulk manufacturing - ideally from the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating on the production line in accordance with GMP standards
  • Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately
  • Weighing, mixing, packing, or assembling products as required
  • Completing production and quality records clearly and correctly
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
  • Complying with health & safety, hygiene, and quality procedures at all times

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience working in a GMP production environment (e.g. pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemical, or similar)
  • Experience with dispensing raw materials and mixing
  • Experienced with bulk manufacturing of products such as pharmaceuticals or cosmetics
  • Good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to procedures
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work an early morning shift
  • Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Applicants must live within 45mins commute from Wimbledon
