We are currently seeking an Experienced Production Operative to join a growing manufacturing team based in Wimbledon. This is a hands-on role within a regulated production environment, ideal for someone with previous GMP manufacturing experience from any industry. Applicants must have strong experience in processes such as dispensing raw materials, mixing and bulk manufacturing - ideally from the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating on the production line in accordance with GMP standards
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately
- Weighing, mixing, packing, or assembling products as required
- Completing production and quality records clearly and correctly
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Complying with health & safety, hygiene, and quality procedures at all times
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience working in a GMP production environment (e.g. pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemical, or similar)
- Experience with dispensing raw materials and mixing
- Experienced with bulk manufacturing of products such as pharmaceuticals or cosmetics
- Good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work to procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work an early morning shift
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicants must live within 45mins commute from Wimbledon
