About the Role

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and oversee Quality Control processes, ensuring that all manufacturing outputs meet the highest quality standards. Process improvement and implementing a continuous improvement mindset is critical. This role is not just about identifying the improvements - it needs to make them happen.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing all Quality Control activities to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Leading and mentoring our client’s QC team, driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to address quality-related challenges and develop sustainable solutions.
  • Acting as a key decision-maker in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes to support manufacturing excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous senior QC leadership experience (QC Chemistry) within a pharmaceutical GMP environment
  • Previous leadership of QC teams essential
  • Track record of coaching and mentoring
  • Experience in continuous improvement across QC processes
  • Experience of a CDMO / client led / fast paced environment is a strong advantage
