A leading healthcare communications agency is seeking a Digital Senior Account Manager to join its dynamic health team. This is a newly created role with plenty of scope to shape and define, offering the chance to work across a broad digital ecosystem in a collaborative, integrated environment.
You will be responsible for developing insight-led digital strategies that span everything from apps and podcasts to websites and HCP social channels. The focus is on where and how to engage audiences (HCP and Patients), not on messaging or content creation. You will work closely with a dedicated research team, using their insights to build smart, actionable recommendations that support patient education, disease awareness, HCP engagement and corporate communications.
This role sits at the heart of health PR and digital, requiring someone who can bring ideas to life and manage internal relationships with confidence. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy with the support for growth and learning.
About you:
- Proven experience in digital strategy within a healthcare communications agency
- Strong understanding of integrated digital channels and ecosystems (far beyond just social media)
- Ability to translate audience insights and research into strategic digital recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with natural curiosity
- Comfortable working across multiple therapy areas and audience types (e.g. HCPs, Patients, Investors).
