The Role:
You’ll take ownership of both maintenance and capital projects, leading a small engineering team while driving improvements across the facility. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading maintenance strategy and reliability improvements
- Managing and delivering Capex projects
- Acting as the site’s engineering authority
- Supporting GMP compliance and quality standards
- Working cross-functionally across the site
- Remaining hands‑on when needed
What We’re Looking For:
We’re open to candidates who are either experienced managers or stepping up from a maintenance leadership role. Key requirements:
- Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or similar)
- Experience in a GMP pharmaceutical environment (essential)
- Background in maintenance and/or Capex projects
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Hands‑on, proactive approach
- Experience in sterile / aseptic environments
