Country Quality Assurance Lead (QP) If you’re an experienced QA Leader, with eligibility and experience operating as a QP in the UK, this opportunity presents an outstanding chance to contribute to a global leader in this field. Working with a market leading, global brand, you will join a growing UK operation that has exciting development plans set over the coming years. Leading UK quality operational activities, here are some of the headlines for the work you will be responsible for: Lead strategic and technical quality operations across multiple UK sites. Ensure national quality systems comply with GMP regulations and align with global standards. Conduct annual audits to verify compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Monitor quality performance using Key Quality Indicators and drive continuous improvement. Participate in regulatory and client inspections, including managing follow-up actions. Oversee supplier qualification and compliance monitoring at a national level. Conduct audits of centrally managed suppliers as requested. Lead investigations into customer complaints in coordination with global quality teams. Manage implementation of changes to Marketing Authorizations in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs. Perform quality assessments and ensure timely, compliant decision-making and documentation. Review performance reports, drive corrective/preventive actions, and ensure follow-through. Engage in quality management meetings and report on national initiatives. Contribute to hiring, training, and development of quality personnel across UK sites.
