Strategic Talent Partner for the Healthcare Communications Industry | Empowering Agencies to Thrive

We’re looking for an experienced Brand Account Director to lead a high-profile pharmaceutical account within a creatively driven healthcare agency.

This role is centred on senior client partnership, commercial ownership and creative leadership. You’ll take responsibility for a complex, global brand, working across branded, unbranded, patient and HCP campaigns, while leading and developing a talented account team.

The role

• Act as the senior day-to-day lead for a key healthcare brand
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Own commercial performance across retainers, projects and production
• Shape strategy and guide clients on brand and communications planning
• Partner closely with senior creatives to deliver ambitious, effective work
• Lead, mentor and develop your team, setting clear direction and pace

About you

• Strong experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare advertising
• Background in brand-led creative agencies
• Commercial confidence with experience growing accountsExcellent judgement, calm leadership and strong client presence
• A genuine interest in mentoring and developing people
