Analytical Scientist

If you are an experienced research and development scientist, looking to focus on your development work and not purely routine testing, read on!

We are partnering with a very exciting CRO that is expanding its operations in one of the facilities based in South Wales. With plans to expand their service offering they are now looking to build on a very successful period of growth over recent years.

This position will work in a small analytical team to support a growing team of organic and synthetic chemists. With a core focus on chemical testing method development, you will really need to understand how chromatography works and not just be a “user” of the process.

Client contact can be taken on early in the position, or you can be trained to take a larger part in meetings over a period of time. However, from day one, you will need to bring a problem solving mindset to the business.

Given the growth plans of the business, there is a clear pathway for development from day one.
