The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
We are currently looking for an Agile Business Analyst to work on the rollout of new AI capabilities and further expansion of AI companion across the organisation for one of our Life Science clients.
6 month contract Inside IR35 Contract. Must be UK based - No VISA or Sponsorship.
Experience:
- Must have worked as an Agile BA in agile organisations for at least 3 years.
- Worked in SAFe environments.
- Experience working with Scrum Masters, project managers and technology teams.
- Has been a part of PI planning events.
- Is excellent at writing User Stories with Gherkin - BDD a bonus (Able to write them well enough for low clarification during sprint).
- Able to break stories down into smaller stories to fit into sprint.
- Excellent communicator verbally and in writing, with a strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively across various mediums.
- Is able to run Backlog refinement sessions.
- Is pro-active in getting requirements, a problem solver, and has strong stakeholder skills.
- Who is willing to get involved in the development side of updating and implementing the changes to AI (Moveworks).
