Account Manager - Medcomms

About the Role:

You’ll serve as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless project delivery and maintaining strong relationships. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated communications programmes, including virtual and face-to-face meetings, advisory boards, medical education initiatives, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships, providing strategic advice and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Oversee the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Lead meetings and presentations, representing the agency as a trusted partner.
• Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations to maintain financial control.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines.

What You’ll Bring:

• Medical communications agency experience working on a mixture of medcomms deliverables with a passion for digital projects.
• Expertise in managing virtual and face-to-face meetings, advisory boards, symposia, and other medical education programmes.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust and lasting relationships.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with strong emotional intelligence and commercial awareness.
