We’re looking for an ambitious PR Account Director to join a small, high-performing healthcare communications agency known for turning complex science into compelling stories and award-winning disease awareness campaigns.
This role is ideal for a Senior Account Manager who is ready to move beyond delivery and into problem-solving, critical thinking and confident client leadership.
The role
You’ll work across a broad mix of healthcare communications, spanning UK and global activity, corporate reputation, thought leadership, disease awareness and product communications. The work is varied, strategic and writing-led, with strong exposure to senior clients.
- Lead day-to-day delivery across PR and communications programmes
- Play a hands-on role in UK media relations, including press releases, story development and sell-in
- Support corporate and reputation-led work, including issues and policy-related communications
- Contribute to global campaigns and thought leadership programmes
- Manage social and LinkedIn channels with a strong focus on content and writing
- Work closely with senior colleagues to shape strategy and solve client challenges
About you
- Senior Account Manager or early Account Director level within healthcare PR
- Strong grounding in media relations and social content
- A critical thinker who asks the right questions and enjoys solving problems
- Confident writer across corporate, disease awareness and product communications
