Strategic Talent Partner for the Healthcare Communications Industry | Empowering Agencies to ThriveWe\’re looking for an experienced Brand Account Director to lead a high-profile pharmaceutical account within a creatively driven healthcare agency.
This role is centred on senior client partnership, commercial ownership and creative leadership. You\’ll take responsibility for a complex, global brand, working across branded, unbranded, patient and HCP campaigns, while leading and developing a talented account team.
The role
Act as the senior day-to-day lead for a key healthcare brand
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
Own commercial performance across retainers, projects and production
Shape strategy and guide clients on brand and communications planning
Partner closely with senior creatives to deliver ambitious, effective work
Lead, mentor and develop your team, setting clear direction and pace
About you
Strong experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare advertising
Background in brand-led creative agencies
Commercial confidence with experience growing accountsExcellent judgement, calm leadership and strong client presence
A genuine interest in mentoring and developing people
