The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries via helpdesk channels
- Log, prioritise and manage incidents and requests, maintaining clear records
- Provide initial troubleshooting and resolution for common technical issues
- Support users working in a hybrid environment (office and remote)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with non-technical users
- Escalate issues to the appropriate support level when required
