GMP Healthcare Manufacturing
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality professional to oversee QA & QC activities within a growing GMP manufacturing facility. Reporting into site leadership, you'll supervise a small quality team, ensure GMP compliance, lead investigations, and drive continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise QA & QC operations and manage a team of 2
- Ensure GMP compliance and quality system effectiveness
- Lead deviations, CAPAs, non-conformances and complaint investigations
- Review batch records, SOPs and quality documentation
- Support audits, inspections, change controls and validations
- Monitor KPIs and promote a strong quality culture
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Operations teams
Requirements
- GMP manufacturing experience
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong QA/QC knowledge
- Experience with deviations, CAPAs and non-conformances
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
