Join a purpose-driven organisation at the forefront of healthcare manufacturing. Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager to lead their production planning function and play a pivotal role in our senior site leadership team.
This is more than just a planning role. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, including the Managing Director, to ensure operations are aligned with customer demand, factory capability, and supply chain readiness.

Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in S&OP, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Management within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of MHRA GMP and GDP compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including with senior executives and key customers.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Desirable Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Familiarity with international logistics and pharmaceutical export regulations.
