We are exclusively partnered with a long established CDMO that have shown consistent expansion over the past decade and who are now looking to accelerate this growth following recent investment. This position we are appointing is for an experienced Warehouse Manager, reporting directly into the COO. Given the site is ever evolving with new manufacturing and warehouse units, this position requires strong experience and capability in leading the warehouse teams and ensuring health and safety, as well as GMP compliance. With the commercial nature of the business and client focus, the successful hire will need to understand a service based environment and not solely a fulfilment one.
Key experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with 5+ years in leadership/managerial functions
- Service based warehouse experience coming from an FMCG, food or pharmaceutical setting would be a strong advantage but is not essential
- Experience of manual warehouse systems, as well as ERPs
- Desire and experience in leading from the front with exceptional stakeholder management skills
