Country Quality Assurance Lead (QP)

Leading UK quality operational activities, here are some of the headlines for the work you will be responsible for:
- Lead strategic and technical quality operations across multiple UK sites.
- Ensure national quality systems comply with GMP regulations and align with global standards.
- Conduct annual audits to verify compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor quality performance using Key Quality Indicators and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in regulatory and client inspections, including managing follow-up actions.
- Oversee supplier qualification and compliance monitoring at a national level.
- Conduct audits of centrally managed suppliers as requested.
- Lead investigations into customer complaints in coordination with global quality teams.
- Manage implementation of changes to Marketing Authorizations in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs.
- Perform quality assessments and ensure timely, compliant decision-making and documentation.
- Review performance reports, drive corrective/preventive actions, and ensure follow-through.
- Engage in quality management meetings and report on national initiatives.
- Contribute to hiring, training, and development of quality personnel across UK sites.
