An established law firm in South Manchester/ Cheshire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Wills and Probate Lawyer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner with a strong background in Wills and Probate to take on a challenging and rewarding role.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2-3 years PQE.
• Proven experience in Wills, Powers of Attorney, estate administration, and Court of Protection applications.
• Strong knowledge of inheritance tax and compliance requirements.
• Experience with business development and marketing activities.
