A highly regarded law firm in Stockport is seeking a PI Portal Paralegal / Fee Earner to join their growing team. The Role:

As a PI Portal Paralegal / Fee Earner, you will manage a caseload of RTA claims within the Official Injury Claim (OIC) and MOJ Claims Portal, handling cases from initial instruction through to settlement, including litigation where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

* Running a caseload of RTA claims primarily within the OIC and MOJ Claims Portal.

* Managing claims from initial instruction through to settlement, including Part 8 litigation where appropriate.

* Ensuring efficient and effective case management, adhering to court deadlines and compliance procedures.

* Providing excellent client care, keeping clients updated throughout their case.

* Working in a highly supportive environment with scope to progress into a supervisory role.

Ideal Candidate:

* Minimum of 12 months’ experience managing a caseload of RTA OIC/MOJ files.

* Experience with OIC and Part 8 litigation.

* Strong case management and organisational skills.

* Excellent client communication and negotiation abilities.

* Ambition to progress within the firm.
