A highly regarded, growing firm in Liverpool City Centre are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their team.

Responsibilities

• You\’ll be a Solicitor or Fee Earner with a minimun of 3 years experience dealing with a caseload of residential property files.
• You\’ll be dealing with a varied caseload and your duties will include title checks, enquiries, mortgage reports & leasehold matters.
• Experience of supervising more junior members of the team would be desirable however not essential.
