An established law firm working across the country is seeking a solicitor/barrister (remote working) to act as In-House Counsel as part of their team. The role offers remote or hybrid working options, providing flexibility while working with a highly experienced legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Housing Disrepair case files and provide support to fee earners.
- Draft Particulars of Claim and ensure timely return to fee earners.
- Draft replies to Defences and Counterclaims when required.
- Collaborate closely with the firm’s Senior In-House Counsel, assisting with various tasks to ensure all actions are completed efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with Civil Procedure and ensure all legal documents are prepared to a high standard.
