- Handle a caseload of pre- and post-litigated housing disrepair claims, primarily under Sections 9a and 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
- Oversee cases from inception to conclusion, adhering to the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Conditions.
- Provide clear and effective communication with clients, handling all aspects of the claim and managing client expectations throughout the process.
- Ensure accurate documentation, attention to detail, and timely completion of all case-related tasks, managing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience managing housing disrepair or civil litigation cases.
