Family Law Paralegal
Cheshire/ Merseyside Border
Due to expansion, a forward thinking, full service law firm located on the Cheshire/ Merseyside border are seeking a Family Law Paralegal to join their team within the Childcare department.
The successful candidate will have experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within a Family Department, specifically dealing with care proceedings. You\’ll be assisting experienced solicitors and fee earners with their varied and sensitive caseload.
Your duties will include drafting legal documentation, conducting legal research, preparing case summaries, managing case files, as well as liaising with clients. You\’ll have a sympathetic manner when working with vulnerable clients.
There are excellent opportunities to progress within the firm. You\’ll also receive a competitive salary and the ability to work on a hybrid basis after an initial settle in period.
