Requirements
- A minimum of five years post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling Court of Protection matters and related areas.
- Proven track record of handling court of protection cases, with extensive experience in Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estate/Tax Planning, and Services for the Elderly.
- Experience in property law is advantageous but not required.
