A well-regarded law firm in Liverpool is looking to recruit a driven and detail-focused Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor, legal executive, or experienced fee earner with up to 4 years’ PQE looking to build their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including:
- Personal Injury disputes
- Property litigation
- Contractual disputes
- Contentious probate
The role requires excellent client care and the ability to handle matters from instruction through to resolution, with support from senior colleagues where needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner with 0–4 years’ PQE
- Previous experience in civil litigation, particularly in any of the following areas: PI, property, contract, and probate disputes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively
- Confident handling your own caseload under supervision
